The 2+2 cutting configuration combines two primary cutting knives with shear angle and two bottom scoring inserts to produce flat surfaces and clean rabbet shoulders. Use it for spoilboard resurfacing, panel flattening, and rabbeting applications.
Replaceable C4 carbide inserts make maintenance straightforward. Rotate a dull knife to expose a fresh edge, then replace the insert when its cutting edges are exhausted. You keep the bit body and restore cutting performance without sharpening.
A 1/2" shank supports use in compatible CNC machines, router sleds, handheld routers, and router tables.
