These specialized flush trim router bits are designed to give the user a 1/32" offset - oversized or undersized - allowing you to follow a template and create pieces that are either 1/32" larger or 1/32" smaller than the original. Ideal for making speaker boxes where vinyl coverings and other components need additional space in order to fit together, these bits are precision made from the highest quality steel and micrograin carbide cutting edges and feature optimally sheared cutting edges to leave a perfectly finished surface. This high-quality construction means that you'll be able to make small rabbets and steps in a wide range of materials for longer periods of time between sharpenings than you would with conventional router bits.

The Super Flush Trim Bit (06-699) includes four stacked bearings to allow you to flush cut stacked or separated templates. With this bit you'll be able to make complicated shapes from varying template components in a single pass.
