This Grinder Stand is an essential accessory for Rikon’s 8” Low Speed Grinder, (RIK-80-910). Some folks don't think they need the stand because they can just put the grinder on a table in their shop, but we don't agree. No matter how large your shop, table space is most likely at a premium and with a grinder its important that the height of the machine is set correctly. Remember, you'll be spending lots of quality time sharpening your hand tools here and you want it to be as comfortable as possible.

This stand is designed to save space in your shop and be perfectly comfortable. It features a heavy duty cast iron base with an adjustable height range of 28” to 36”, and a solid 2” diameter steel post that makes it rigid. There's additional torage space on the stand for two grinding wheels and an extra tray for miscellaneous items. The steel top plate measures 12” x 9-1/4” with 1/2” wide slots for mounting the grinder.

Each Rikon woodworking machine comes with an iron clad 5-year manufacturer warranty.
