The 23-PLY slot cutter is designed for Infinity's 91-521 Combination (1-Pc. Ogee) Rail & Stile router bit only. It does not work with Infinity's 2-Pc. Rail & Stile router bit sets. Find more router accessories here.

The 5.9mm kerf is sized for plywood panels, which are thinner than solid-wood panels. It produces a groove that grips plywood snugly so your panel doors fit tight and rattle-free, where a standard 1/4" groove would leave the panel loose.

The cutter has a 5/16" inside diameter (bore), which matches the arbor on the 91-521 rail & stile bit it replaces the cutter on.

Simply disassemble the one-piece 91-521 rail & stile router bit and replace the standard 1/4" kerf slot cutter with the 23-PLY. No other tools or parts are required.

The 3-wing anti-kickback design limits how much material each wing can grab, which makes the cutter feed more smoothly and safely while reducing the chance of kickback. It's a feature shared across all of Infinity's premium slot cutters.
