Infinity Tools Brass Inlay Kit w/ Spiral Bit & Centering Pin

The kit includes a solid brass bushing system with removable sleeve, a 1/4" shank solid carbide down-cut spiral bit (item 85-102) with a 1/8" cutter diameter, and a centering pin for accurate setup. Explore our solid carbide spiral bits.

Cut the inlay stock with the sleeve installed on the template guide, then remove the sleeve and cut the recess in the workpiece using the template guide bushing. The sleeve's offset produces a perfect-fitting joint.

The included solid carbide spiral bit has a 1/4" shank and a 1/8" cutter diameter, so it fits any router that accepts a 1/4" collet.

The bushing fits any router base with a 1-3/8" opening designed for brass template guides or Porter-Cable-style template guides.

You can cut inlays in any shape using templates that are 0.200" thick (13/64") or thicker.

The centering pin aligns the router precisely with the bit during setup, ensuring the template guide is centered so your inlays and recesses match accurately.
