Magswitch Featherboards & Workholding

Magswitch tools contain permanent magnets that are aligned or misaligned by rotating a dial. When aligned, the magnetic field projects outward to grip a ferrous surface; when rotated off, the field is internally cancelled, releasing the tool instantly without residual magnetism.

Magswitch featherboards grip cast iron and steel table surfaces. They will not hold on aluminum-top saws or contractor-style tables with non-ferrous tops—check your table material before purchasing.
