The electric model includes a heating element and accepts interchangeable branding heads, making it practical for shops that brand a high volume of pieces. Both versions brand smoothly onto flat, smooth wood, leather, wax, soap, and most plastics.
Applications, Limitations & Lead Time
Custom branding irons work best on smooth, flat surfaces. They are ideal for solid-wood furniture, cutting boards, serving trays, and turned items. They perform well on leather goods and handmade soaps. They are not recommended for rough-sawn wood, food contact surfaces, PVC, rubber, or wooden barrels. Delivery time for a custom iron is approximately 2–3 weeks from artwork approval.
